     Review the scientific material and add, delete or modify paragraphs, if needed, to improve the presentation and discussion of your findings.

     Check the references for proper placement or citation.

     Check and edit the tables and figures.

     Unique to our service, we try to identify the weak points in the manuscript, or suggest the addition of more data, information or discussion of other material related to the topic of your manuscript.

     The editing process is completed in 10 days.

     Express editing can be completed within 4 days.

     SOS editing can be completed within 48 hours.

     The edited manuscript is returned by e-mail attachment or regular/express mail.

Additional services include:

     Writing the cover letter for submission or for a revised manuscript.

     Editing books, finding suitable editors and Publishing companies to suit individual needs.

Payment procedures

     Upon reception of the manuscript, SciRevision will issue an Invoice (cost depending on number of words) sent to the author by fax or an e-Invoice by e-mail.

     In the case that you are a first time client,　please make 50% of payment into the specified bank account, and a further 50% within 1 week of receiving your revised manuscript.

     In the case that you have previously subscribed to SciRevision services, please make 100% of payment into the specified bank account within 1 week after you receive the corrected manuscript. This applies to Regular, Express and SOS services.

     A Receipt will then be sent in PDF format by e-mail attachment. The Receipt will only be sent by regular post when specifically requested by the client.

How to Submit a Manuscript

We accept manuscript files, tables and figures created only by Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point (Versions 1998 and above) of maximum 5 MB per file.

To send your manuscript to SciRevision, follow these steps:

O         By e-mail as attachment files: Go to the Manuscript Submission Form. Fill the form and then submit online. Then send the files as attachment to an e-mail to scirevision@yahoo.com
japanscirevision@yahoo.co.jp

O         By EMS, Express Mail, FedEx or UPS: Complete a submission form and send it online. Then send the files on a diskette or CD-ROM, together with printed copy of the manuscript, by EMS mail to our address (below).

O         Please do not send manuscripts by fax without prior consultation with SciRevision.
